OPERATIONS

IED is a fee-paying private school funded by students and their families. In return, it provides knowledge and skills intended for the personal development of each individual and the betterment of the world.

The revenue generated by the FDI (and its other subsidiaries) is distributed to the FFM once its commitment to employees, teachers, suppliers, and the State has been fulfilled. Dividends are subsequently redistributed to the local community through FFM’s non-profit activities.

In 2022, IED S.p.A. was transformed into a Benefit Company to strengthen its economic and value circularity model. This initiative seeks to formalise the institution's dedication to making a positive impact on society and the planet.
