Francesco Morelli GRANT 2023

The goal of the Francesco Morelli Foundation is to facilitate entry into the world of design culture and professions and to encourage entrepreneurship among young people in the design field.
In pursuit of this objective, the Foundation awards a €100,000 grant to outstanding projects developed by IED graduates in 2023. The grant is designed to support the progress of their thesis projects and equip students with essential resources, including professional webinars and guidance from experienced mentors.

An external Commission, appointed by the Foundation's President, will assess the submitted documents based on the following criteria:

• the grant's impact on the thesis project’s tangible progress
• the project’s alignment with the application criteria
• the Business Plan’s coherence, consistency, and economic viability

Each student will be assigned a score from 0 to 5, which will determine the final ranking. Successful applicants will have one year to present their project and report on it.
